David and Barbara were introduced to Victoria Dunford by the Moldovan Ambassador to Canada who told us, when informed that we were movingt to her native country, "There's an amazing woman you have to meet!" And so began a relationship that has transformed our lives and, at the same time, enriched our spirits beyond anything we ever imagined. 
David has since had the great pleasure and honor to serve as a kind of spokesman for Phoenix in their efforts to raise funds for the center - home to care facilities for disabled children and senior citizens. He's also produced videos, like the one below, and designed their website. Phoenix Complex.
